Integration of two polishing Robots

Integration of two IRB2400 ABB Robots in one polishing station.

This project comprises two Robots that interact with each other in order to do the pair polishing.

A management cabinet with a PLC S7 1200 has been built in order to check on the security measures, the polishing bands’ speed and the manegement of the dividing table feeding of the working station. An HMI has also been made available to manage reports ans recipes.
